BULK BAG LOADING SYSTEM WITH STAINLESS STEEL SURGE HOPPER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 3,000# capacity.
• Adjustable bulk bag frame to be 76" x 83" x156" to top of surge hopper.
• 304 stainless steel inlet tube with dust control sleeve designed to attach to existing dust control system.
• Inflatable cuff assures a dust tight seal to bag inlet.
• Pneumatically actuated bag strap release system for effortless removal.
• Surge bin constructed of carbon steel with 304 stainless steel on product contact surfaces.
• 48" square with 30º side wall slope on hopper discharge walls
• Surge bin has 40 c.u. capacity.
• Efector brand inductive proximity level sensor.
• Manual slide gate to control material flow to feeder.
• 304 stainless steel, spiral flow chute to eliminate material drop and reduce material breakage by eliminating drop distance.
• Unit includes an Eriez vibratory feeder.
• Carbon steel support structure and a stainless steel inlet transition from feeder to Dings brand Ferroplate magnet.
• 8" square magnet positioned below Eriez feeder to allow product to discharge by gravity over magnet to bulk bag fill station, removing ferrous metal from finished shaped catalyst.
