Bag Strap Release Systems
The MTS Four Post Filling System is available with three (3) bag strap support/release systems. The first system is our adjustable “X” pattern snap hook system. With this system, the operator manually engages and releases the bag straps. The second system features “drive off” style bag strap hangers. The operator manually connects the bag straps prior to filling. Upon completion of the fill cycle, the operator raises the pallet with the filled bulk bag, and simple backs away from the filler unit while the straps slide off the strap hangers. MTS offers a pneumatic bag strap release system that automatically releases the bag straps upon completion of the fill cycle.
