GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 3,000# capacity.
• Adjustable height frame is 64” wide (load side) x 49” deep x 71” high (±9”).
• All welds are continuous with no pits or pockets, product contact welds are polished smooth.
• Electropolished stainless steel fill head with 8” diameter inlet stub.
• Fill head includes dust control inner liner with 4” dust take-off stub.
• Food grade inflatable spout seal assures a dust-tight seal to bag inlet.
• Bag hanger system can be quickly adjusted to fit a wide range of bulk bag footprints.
• Manual, snap action, bag strap attachment and release.
• Carbon steel support structure with stainless steel plate loading deck.
• Unit is sand blasted, cleaned, and painted MTS Blue using an industrial PPG DTM Durethane finishing system.

• Fully integrated gain-in-weight platform scale system.
