Seal-Master Bag Spout Access Chamber
The Seal-Master Bag Spout Access Chamber houses the bag discharge spout, discharge transition, and Sure-Seal System, if equipped. The exclusive access chamber design features double “gull wing” doors that open wide for unobstructed operator access to the bag tie and discharge spout. Each door is equipped with a bulb type compression seal that seals the door from the general atmosphere. The Seal-Master bag spout access chamber features a rolled #11 gauge housing, ¼” thick doors, and a 4” dust take-off stub which can be connected to an optional integrated dust collector, or the customer’s existing dust collection system.
Systems which fail to use a bag spout access chamber may allow leaking material from the spout connection system to fall directly onto the floor, causing a slipping or exposure hazard. Dust collection systems are most effective when negative air can be drawn through an enclosed bag spout access chamber or a chamber and discharge transition, and not only a vertical discharge pipe that is open to the atmosphere.
