DRUM DUMPER WITH LIFT AND SEAL SYSTEM™
APPLICATION / PRODUCT:
Discharge 55 gallon drums of granular sweetener in a dust tight, controlled manner.
CUSTOM FEATURES:
Drum dumper included a custom 304 stainless steel pour cone with a 2b finish. Pour cone contained a custom discharge nozzle and a fully mounted 8" FMC iris valve. The manual valve with aluminum housing and nylon sleeve delivered dependable and adjustable flow control.
The unit featured a completely self-contained hydraulic system with NEMA 12 electricals. "Dead-man" type push button controls allowed unit to be "jogged" and/or stopped in any position during the rotational cycle.
Our revolutionary Lift & Seal System™ ensured dust-tight sealing of drums to the fixed pour cone, and provided for a safe, clean, work environment. The hydraulic fluid and grease were both FDA/USDA approved for incidental food contact.
The carbon steel frame was a bolt-down design with continuous welds, and painted with a FDA approved white industrial epoxy.
