STAINLESS STEEL DRUM DUMPER
APPLICATION:
Discharge standard 55 gallon drums 23½" diameter x 32" high at a height of 48".
CUSTOM FEATURES:
This dumper featured a special wash-down frame design with 304-2b stainless steel tube, capped, angled, continuously welded, and free of pockets.
The entire container skip was also constructed of solid 304-2b stainless steel with continuous welds, and raised 2" from the floor for ease of loading. Stainless steel hydraulic lines were utilized, as well as FDA approved hydraulic fluid and grease.
An air motor powered hydraulic system was explosion-proof, water-tight, water-proof, and intrinsically safe. The hydraulic cylinder was painted with Steel-It brand USDA approved stainless steel pigmented epoxy coating.
A portable design with locking casters allowed operators the freedom to move the unit inside the plant. Outriggers were added for complete stability during the discharge cycle.
