• Dumper includes custom transitions with a Posi-flate butterfly valve.

• Aluminum Chloride forms hydrochloric acid upon contact with moisture.
• Dust-tight Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals drum to the pour cone.
• Corrosion resistant drum to pour cone and discharge nozzle seals.
  Epoxy coated carbon steel pour cone, nozzle, and transitions.
• Pour cone and transitions include nitrogen purge fittings.
• 10" Posi-flate butterfly valves with corrosion resistant features.
• Pneumatic turbine vibrator on pour cone.
• Tubular frame construction with continuous welds.
• Gravity roller infeed conveyor for ease of drum loading.

CONTROLS AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

• Intrinsically safe controls for the dump cycle and both discharge valves.
• Pour conemounted valve includes a pneumatic positioner for variable position operation.
• Hydraulic system is housed in a custom enclosure with twin access doors.
• Rigid stainless steel hydraulic and air lines are used where possible.
