GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• System designed to discharge 500# drums of lead powder into inlet hopper of existing filling machine.
• 800# lifting capacity.
• 40" discharge height.
• 135º / 45º discharge angle.
• Gravity roller loading skip promotes easy manual drum loading.
• Dust-tight Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals drum to the pour cone to prevent material loss and/or contamination.
• 410 Stainless steel pour cone with continuous TIG welds.
• Pour cone includes 6" Bray butterfly valve.
• Heavy duty carbon steel tubular main frame.
• Flattened expanded metal safety guarding on two sides.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 12 rated, Allen-Bradley electrical components.
• Controls mounted and wired in a remote Hoffman NEMA 12 rated enclosure.
• "Zero-Force" safety touch switch requires both hands be in contact with controls for operation.
• 2 HP, 2 GPM fully self-contained power pack.
