GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Discharge drums of iron powder at 42" above floor level.
• Control Link™ Rotation System smoothly rotates drum 180° for maximum product discharge.
• 304-2b stainless steel pour cone.
• Coupling on pour cone to accept Nitrogen purge system.
• 8" diameter manual butterfly valve at pour cone discharge.
• Dust-tight Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals drum to the pour cone.
• Non-impacting linear vibrator removes residual product from pour cone walls.
• Tubular frame construction with continuous welds.
• Flat bottom stainless steel skip for easy floor level drum loading.

CONTROLS AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

• Air motor driven hydraulic system for intrinsically safe operation.
• Pneumatically actuated valves, controls, and limit switches are intrinsically safe.
• Hydraulic system is housed in a custom enclosure with twin access doors.
• Controls mounted in a water-tight carbon steel Hoffman enclosure.
• Rigid stainless steel hydraulic and air lines are used where possible.
