DRUM DUMPER WITH CONICAL DISCHARGE

DUMPER GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 600# lifting capacity.
• 44 ½" discharge height.
• 12" discharge projection.
• 60° discharge angle.
• Tubular 304 stainless steel frame with continuous TIG welds.
• 304-2b stainless steel chute with conical discharge, product contact welds polished flush.
• Discharge cone included a 10" manual iris valve with a FDA approved urethane coated diaphragm.
• Floor of loading skip included gravity rollers for easy drum loading.
• MTS provided a 36" long gravity roller infeed section to feed dumper skip.
• Hydraulic cylinder coated with USDA approved Steel-It epoxy finish.

DUMPER ELECTRICALS:

• Allen-Bradley electricals, NEMA 4X rated Hoffman control enclosure.
• Controls included our "soft jog" relay system for extended equipment life.
• Self contained, 2 GPM, power pack for smooth operation.
• Food grade hydraulic fluid and lubricants.
• Baldor TEFC motor.
