GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 600# lifting capacity.
• 38" discharge height with 19" reach.
• 60° discharge angle.
• Designed for drums from 16" - 20" diameter x 20" to 35" high.
• Carbon steel tubular frame.
• MTS Lift & Seal System™ seals drum to the pour cone for dust-tight operation.
• 304-2b stainless steel pour cone with continuous TIG welds.
• 8" diameter Bray pneumatically actuated butterfly valve.
• Designed for a Class I, Division II environment.
• Loading skip featured stainless steel on drum contact surfaces for cleanliness.

MATERIAL DISCHARGE AIDS:

• Pour cone included a fully mounted Martin Engineering non-impacting linear vibrator.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND CONTROLS:

• Intrinsically safe hydraulic system requires 80 psi at 90 cfm.
• Side mounted pivot cylinders for unparalleled rotational control.
• Intrinsically safe controls housed in a water-tight Hoffman enclosure.
