HYDRAULIC LIFT & SEAL™ DRUM DISCHARGING SYSTEM

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 40" discharge height with 26" reach.
• Control Link™ Rotation System (U.S. Patent #6769857) delivers 180° pivot carriage rotation with unmatched control.
• Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically docks drum inside custom 304 stainless steel concentric pour cone with no seal or flange on inlet.
• Designed to accept and discharge drums from 16" to 24" diameter x 28½" to 35½" tall.
• Gravity roller skip allows above drums to "self-center" beneath pour cone as Lift & Seal System™ docks drum into pour cone.
• Loading skip includes a drum locator and stop to properly align drums to the pour cone.
• Unit includes a pneumatic drum impactor system to help remove material from the drum interior walls.
• Pour cone includes a vibratory mounting pad.
• 12" dual cylinder roller gate at cone outlet.

ELECTRICAL/HYDRAULIC SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 4 rated Hoffman enclosure with momentary contact controls.
• Digital pressure switch on drum seal circuit.
• MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for reduced equipment cycle times.
• 3 GPM hydraulic system with 3 HP, 460v/3ph/60Hz TEFC motor.
