180° LIFT & SEAL DRUM DISCHARGER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 70 7/8" discharge height with a 33" reach.
• Control Link™ Rotation System (U.S. Patent #6769857) delivers 180° pivot carriage rotation with unmatched control.
• Includes an 8" diameter actuated butterfly valve with discharge nozzle for dust-tight sealing to customer provided hopper.
• Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically docks drum inside custom 304 stainless steel concentric pour cone with no seal or flange on inlet.
• Designed to accept and discharge drums from 15 3/4" to 22" diameter x 19" to 35" tall.
• Gravity roller bed combined with a drum locator allows drum to "self-center" as its docked into the pour cone.
• Unit includes a fully mounted Vibco pneumatic turbine vibrator to remove material from the drums interior walls.

ELECTRICAL/HYDRAULIC SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 12 rated, IFM Efector proximity switches.
• Features a 1500 psi hydraulic pumping unit mounted on the side of the frame.
• Pumping unit is driven by a 3 HP TEPC motor.
• MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for precise control and reduced equipment cycle times.
