GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 45" discharge height, 26" reach.
• For drums from 16" to 24" diameter x 27½"- 36" high.
• Control Link™ Rotation System (U.S. Patent #6769857) delivers 180° rotation with unmatched control.
• 8" manual slide gate and discharge nozzle for dust-tight sealing to hopper inlet.
• Custom concentric pour cone includes a heavy-duty agitator.
• Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically docks drum inside custom 304 stainless steel concentric pour cone with no seal or flange on inlet.
• Carbon steel tubular frame with continuous welds.
• Portable stainless steel hopper includes dust-tight hinged cover, inlet seal, air motor driven agitator, pneumatic vibrator, manual slide gate, fork pockets, and lifting lug.
• Flattened expanded metal safety caging with photoelectric sensors on load side of dumper unit to protect employees.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND CONTROLS:

• NEMA 12 rated, IFM Efector proximity switches.
• Features a 1500 psi hydraulic pumping unit mounted on the side of the frame.
• Pumping unit is driven by a 3 HP TEFC motor.
