180° ROTATION DRUM DISCHARGING SYSTEM

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 9" discharge height with 25" reach.
• Designed to accept and discharge drums from 19-23½" in diameter x 28-34" high.
• Control Link™ Rotation System (U.S. Patent #6769857) delivers 180° pivot carriage rotation with unmatched control.
• Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals drum to gasketed pour cone for dust-tight operation.
• Product contact surfaces of pour cone and discharge nozzle coated with 20 mils of Dupont Tefzel coating with a FEP non-stick additive.
• 10" diameter actuated butterfly valve with stainless steel disc at pour cone discharge.
• Carbon steel tubular frame with continuous welds.
• Seal carriage travels on sealed cam rollers for precise, maintenance-free operation.
• Stainless steel loading skip includes a drum locator and stop to properly align drums to the pour cone.
• Unit includes a non-impacting pneumatic linear vibrator to help remove material from the drum interior walls.

ELECTRICAL/HYDRAULIC SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 4 rated, IFM Efector proximity switches.
• MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for precise control and reduced equipment cycle times.
• 3 GPM hydraulic system housed in an enclosure with sound deadening material for extra quiet operation (70 dba).
