GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit discharges custom hoppers manually loaded at floor level.
• 50” discharge height with 16” reach.
• Lift & Clamp™ system docks hopper to pivot carriage to ensure proper discharge alignment.
• Patented Control Link™ Rotation System inverts hopper for maximum product discharge.
• Unit features a load side light curtain and flattened, expanded metal guarding on two (2) sides for enhanced operator safety.
• Unit features mechanical safety pins for Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Unit is cleaned and painted MTS Blue using a high performance, industrial finishing system.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

• All rigid hydraulic lines are constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust.
• Hydraulic system includes a “Zero-Pressure” feature which “de-energizes” cylinders for equipment maintenance and inspection.
• Self-contained 3 HP/3 GPM hydraulic system for improved cycle time, includes all required valves and piping.
• MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for smooth, controlled hopper rotation.
