2,000# CAPACITY, 60° LIFT & DUMP BOX DUMPER
APPLICATION / PRODUCT:
Designed to discharge 1,100# boxes of Yellow #5 filter cake into a receiving vessel at a height of 96". Unit featured a 60° discharge angle with a 150° rotation to promote discharge of non-free flowing material.
FEATURES:
The unit featured 6" heavy "S" flange I-beam lifting frame and 6" structural channel main frame construction with structural bracing.
The unit featured a floor loadable design to accept totes loaded via pallet jack. The 48" wide x 55" deep bucket included a continuously welded 304-2b stainless steel liner on product contact surfaces of the skip. The custom adjustable height hold down system utilized two stainless steel hold down bars to allow for future flexibility.
The unit power pack featured a Baldor TEFC motor driving a completely self-contained hydraulic system. Dumper utilized multiple double acting hydraulic cylinders with chrome plated rams. Unit featured our exclusive guided trunnion, Igus brand E-chain, rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines, and FDA approved hydraulic fluid and grease.
Unit included NEMA 4 electricals with "dead-man" type controls for "UP" and "DOWN" mounted in a Hoffman NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure. The unit was painted Safety Blue using a Rustoleum 9300 series two part epoxy system.
