APPLICATION / PRODUCT:
Unit was designed to discharge metal containers of metal billets or rods into an existing receiving vessel at a height of 78". Loading skip included a built-in ramp to allow for loading of containers via motorized pallet jack. Unit featured a 45° discharge angle with a 135° rotation.
FEATURES:
The unit frame featured heavy-duty construction with 6" heavy "S" flange I-beam, heavy wall structural tube, and extensive structural bracing.
The dumper bucket featured a reinforced bottom, 3/8" thick AR/IR plate back and 1/4" thick plate steel bottom and sides. A heavy-duty adjustable hold down system offered five (5) positions for future flexibility.
The unit also featured a span supported 3" diameter chrome pivot shaft with 4-bolt flange bearings.
The unit included a completely self-contained hydraulic system driven by a Baldor TEFC motor. The dumper utilized multiple large bore double acting hydraulic cylinders with chrome plated rams. Unit featured our exclusive guided trunnion, Igus brand E-chain, and rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines. Unit included NEMA 12 electricals with "dead-man" type controls mounted in a Hoffman NEMA 12 carbon steel enclosure. The dumper also featured safety caging on two sides of the unit.
