180° ROTATION LIFT & DUMP CONTAINER DUMPER

Unit was engineered to discharge plastic lined gaylord containers of a fine fluff powder into a receiving hopper at a height of 103".
DESIGN/EQUIPMENT FEATURES:
Our exclusive Control Link™ Rotation System provided outstanding control during the 180° rotational cycle. This allowed the pour hood mounted discharge valve to mate to an MTS provided docking flange and hopper valve for dust-tight operation.
Our hydraulic Lift & Seal System™ sealed the top of the container against a 304 stainless steel pour hood with custom replaceable seals to prevent dusting. The pour hood included a fully mounted, dust-tight 16" Salina Vortex roller slide gate.
The dumper frame was designed for heavy use in an industrial environment and was constructed from I-beam and heavy wall carbon steel structural tubing. The dumper frame was coated with Rustoleum 9300 series two part industrial epoxy.
This 3,000# capacity unit was designed for continuous duty operation at fifteen (15) cycles per hour. The unit included a remote 15 HP, 15 G.P.M. power pack with an oil cooler (power pack not pictured). The hydraulic valving for the two (2) speed hydraulic system was housed in an enclosure with twin removable access panels. The unit included Igus E-chain, four bolt flange bearings, and adjustable box loading guides. Unit included NEMA 4 Allen-Bradley electricals with custom auto/manual mode PLC controls. The auto cycle could be initiated by pulling a switch rope.
