HEAVY-DUTY COMBO BIN DUMPER FOR FOOD PROCESSING

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 3,500# capacity.
  • 72" discharge height.
  • 1/4" 304 stainless steel plate dumper bucket with floor level loading capability.
  • Twin large bore hydraulic cylinders for smooth operation.
  • 3/8" wall tubular steel frame construction with continuous welds.
  • 3" diameter pivot shaft with four bolt nickel plated flange bearings.
  • Custom hydraulic enclosure for easy cleaning.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Allen-Bradley electricals.
  • Hoffman NEMA 4X enclosure.
  • Momentary contact 115 volt controls for "UP" and "DOWN."
  • 5 HP, 5 GPM self-contained power pack. Installation requires only power hookup to control panel.
  • Bosch directional control and modular flow control valves allow adjustment of the bucket rotational speed in both directions.
