GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Lift & Seal System™ container dumper with 2,500# capacity, 150° discharge rotation, 60° discharge angle. Loading skip with custom box positioning guides.
• 48" discharge height at feeder discharge, dumper has elevated load height.
• 304-2b stainless steel dumper pour hood with an air actuated slide gate.
• Twin large bore hydraulic cylinders for smooth operation.
• Tubular carbon steel frame construction with continuous welds.
• 2" diameter pivot shaft with four bolt nickel plated flange bearings.
• Custom hydraulic enclosure for easy cleaning and maintenance access.
• Custom polycarbonate safety guarding.
• Sandblasted, primed and custom painted using USDA/FDA approved Steel-It brand epoxy.

VIBRATORY FEEDER AND SURGE HOPPER:

• Custom engineered infeed surge hopper,
• 304-2b stainless steel with vibrator package.
• Unit included a stainless steel vibratory feeder, with variable speed controls.

ELECTRICAL & HYDRAULIC SPECIFICATIONS:

• Allen-Bradley electrical components,
• Hoffman NEMA 4 disconnect enclosure.
• Custom system controls package, installation requires only power hookup to control panel.
• 2HP, 2GPM self-contained power pack,
• Bosch directional control and modular flow control valves allow adjustment of the bucket rotational speed in both directions.
