GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 60° dump angle, 150° rotation.
• 1,500# capacity.
• 60" discharge height.
• Floor level load design.
• Stainless steel on all container loading surfaces.
• Tubular carbon steel frame with continuous welds.
• Lift & Seal System™ seals box to the pour hood to prevent product contamination.
• 304-2b stainless steel pour hood, continuous TIG welds.
• Steel-It brand 316L stainless steel pigmented epoxy finish.

SAFETY GUARDING:

• Removable 3/8" thick clear polycarbonate guard panels.
• Electrical safety interlock feature prevents unit operation if a door is opened.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Allen-Bradley electricals.
• Hoffman NEMA 4X control enclosure with lockable disconnect.
• 5 HP, 5 GPM self-contained power pack housed in a custom enclosure for easy cleaning. Installation requires only power hookup to control panel.
