  • Heavy-duty carbon steel frame with epoxy finish.
  • Enclosed carbon steel pour hood with continuous welds.
  • 12" air actuated Salina roller slide gate.
  • NEMA 12 rated Allen-Bradley electricals.
  • Vibco pneumatic vibrator mounted to pour hood.
  • MTS Lift & Seal System™ for dust-tight operation.
  • Two-speed hydraulic system for smooth, controlled operation.
  • Side load design discharges 90o to the left of the load side.
  • 84" load height.

BULK BAG UNLOADER SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 4000# capacity.
  • Dust-tight operation.
  • Designed to handle various sized bags.
  • 2-ton electric hoist with motorized trolley. Operator can load, unload, and position the bag with push button controls.
  • MTS bulk bag "massaging" system to promote material flow.
  • System included a discharge hopper, bin vent, and all required transitions.
  • 18" iris valve controls flow and allows for changing partially empty bags.
