GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 5,000# lifting capacity.
• 108" discharge height.
• 60° discharge angle.
• 6" I-beam and structural channel frame construction.
• 1/4" plate steel bucket includes a hold down system to secure containers of varying sizes and a liquid retention reservoir.
• Discharges metal powders and sludges 90o to the right of the load side into an open top mixer.
• E-chain carrier track prevents premature wear of hydraulic and air lines.
• MTS Guided Trunnion System prevents cylinder rod deflection and assures smooth controlled operation.
• Rigid, corrosion resistant, stainless steel hydraulic lines.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 4 rated Allen-Bradley electricals wired to a Hoffman junction box.
• 5 GPM self-contained two-speed power pack for smooth operation.
• 5 HP Baldor TEFC motor.
• NEMA 4 rated tank heater keeps hydraulic fluid temperatures at 60o to 70o in cooler weather.
