GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 15,000# capacity, 78" discharge height.
• 45º dump angle, 135º rotation.
• 96" wide x 55½" deep skip.
• Heavy-duty construction utilizing ½" wall structural tube, heavy rail, and plate steel. Welds continuous for wash down.
• Heavy-duty pivot carriage with twin 4" diameter reinforced pivot shafts, and piloted bearings with safety blocks.
• Heavy-duty trunnion with high-strength chain sheaves, axles, and leaf chain.
• Multiple large bore hydraulic cylinders for smooth, positive actuation.
• Rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines are used where possible.
• Product contact surfaces are type 304 stainless steel.
• MTS Safety Blue two part epoxy finish.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Allen-Bradley electricals.
• Hoffman NEMA 4 enclosure includes lockable, fused disconnect.
• System designed for momentary contact operation with Allen-Bradley Zero-Force safety touch switch.
• Pneumatically actuated mechanical carriage locking system acts as a back-up to hold the skip in the "fill" position.
• Parker 10 GPM pumping unit with 15 HP Baldor TEFC motor.
• Hydraulic system features Parker, high flow, D05 valves for cool operation.
