GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 1,500# operational capacity.
• 66" dump height, 7" reach.
• 45° discharge angle, 135° rotation.
• 48" wide x 45" deep carbon steel skip to accept container.
• Frame features 6" heavy "S" flange I-beam and 6" structural channel.
• MTS exclusive direct lift system.
• Flexible nylon energy chain protects hydraulic and electrical lines against pinching and premature wear.
• Rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines.
• Flattened expanded metal caging on two sides.
• Safety switch mat (48" wide x 36" deep) prevents unit from operating if mat senses pressure.
• Unit was painted with MTS Safety Blue two part industrial epoxy.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 12 rated, Allen-Bradley electricals and Hoffman enclosure.
• Auto / Manual mode controls with timer relay and lighted "E" stop.
• Parker 5 GPM, 1500 psi hydraulic pumping unit mounted on side of dumper frame. Pumping unit powered by a Baldor 5 HP TEFC motor.
