GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 1,000# operational capacity.
• Discharge height 96" (8') with a 60º rotation.
• Accepts totes 46" wide x 37" long x 51" high.
• Frame constructed of 304 Stainless Steel tube and structural channel, and continuous welds.
  Unit designed to be bolted to the floor for inside use.
• Frame features 6" structural "S" flanged stainless steel I-beam.
• MTS exclusive Guided Trunnion System™.
• Rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines.
• Dust-tight Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals drum to the pour cone.  
• 304 Stainless steel pour hood with continuous TIG welds and #4 finish. Pour hood includes a stainless steel debris shield.
• FDA/USDA approved hydraulic fluids and pivot point lubricants.
• Hydraulic system has flow control valve to adjust cylinder lift/rotate speed.
• Includes 2 gpm pump with external pressure relief valve and oversize tank with fluid level gauge, polycarbonate sight and temperature gauge.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 4X rated, Allen-Bradley electricals and Hoffman enclosure.
• 2 HP Reliance EZ-Clean Plus with white epoxy finish motor.
