GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Accepts a wide range of container sizes.
• Heavy-duty tubular frame with continuous welds.
• Two-part epoxy finish.
• MTS Lift & Seal System™ seals container to the pour hood for dust-tight operation.
• 304-2b stainless steel pour hood with continuous TIG welds, product contact welds polished smooth.
• Pour hood includes 6" diameter orifice gate.
• Includes custom-designed 304 stainless steel surge hopper to allow material to be removed via existing pneumatic conveying system.
• Surge hopper includes 6" diameter orifice gate at inlet to ensure product purity.
• Flattened expanded metal safety caging with photoelectric sensors on load side of unit.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND CONTROLS:

• Self-contained 5 GPM Parker hydraulic system with MTS exclusive two-speed operation.
• Pumping unit driven by a 5 HP TEFC Baldor motor.
• NEMA 12 control enclosure with status indicator lights, and fused lockable disconnect.
