STAINLESS STEEL HYDRAULIC LIFT & SEAL™ CONTAINER DUMPER WITH STAINLESS STEEL SURGE HOPPER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • System includes two (2) dumper units, two (2) feed hoppers, and one (1) stainless steel guard enclosure. Guards have #4 finish.
  • 3" discharge height, 45° discharge angle.
  • Wash-down duty stainless steel tubular construction, ends capped, #4 finish, continuous TIG welds, welds passivated.
  • 304 stainless steel pour hood with #4 finish on product contact.
  • 8" diameter sanitary quick release stainless steel butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator.
  • Rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines.
  • Electroless nickel plated hydraulic cylinders.
  • Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals container to the pour hood.
  • Pivot carriage rotates on stainless steel flange bearings with machined safety plates.
    Includes a 20 cu.ft. stainless steel feed hopper with #4 finish, continuous TIG welds, product contact welds polished smooth.
  • Hopper includes clamp on top cover with 8" diameter sanitary butterfly valve at inlet.
    Proximity switch on feed hopper inlet to signal box empty condition.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Parker 5 GPM hydraulic system, stainless steel reservoir and enclosure with #4 finish.
  • Hydraulic system features MTS exclusive two-speed operation for unparalleled control.
  • 5 HP Baldor TEFC paint-free, stainless steel motor on pumping unit.
  • Allen-Bradley and IFM Efector electricals, NEMA 4X rated Hoffman junction box.
  • Push button station accepts control signals from customer's existing PLC.
