LIFT & SEAL™ CONTAINER DUMPER WITH STAINLESS STEEL POUR HOOD AND SURGE HOPPER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 2,500# lifting capacity.
  • 115" discharge height, 60º discharge angle with 150º rotation.
  • Wash-down duty carbon steel tubular construction, ends capped, continuous welds.
  • 304L stainless steel pour hood with electropolished finish on product contact.
  • 12" square pneumatically actuated Salina roller gate.
  • Rigid stainless steel hydraulic lines utilizing FDA approved hydraulic fluids and lubricants.
  • Lift & Seal System™ hydraulically seals container to the pour hood.
  • Pour hood includes fully mounted and plumbed Vibco pneumatic turbine vibrator.
  • Includes a 75 cu.ft. stainless steel surge hopper with continuous TIG welds, product contact welds polished smooth. Entire hopper electropolished to a bright finish.
  • Hopper includes bolt-on 304L stainless steel access cover with inlet stub to accept discharge from dumper. Cover electropolished to a bright finish.
  • Proximity switch on feed hopper inlet to signal box empty condition.
  • Flattened expanded metal safety caging with light curtain on load side.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Parker 5 GPM hydraulic system, carbon steel reservoir.
  • Hydraulic system features MTS exclusive two-speed operation for unparalleled control.
  • 5 HP Reliance, XEX, chemical duty TEFC motor on pumping unit.
  • Allen-Bradley and IFM Efector electricals, NEMA 4X rated Hoffman junction box.
  • Push button station accepts control signals from customer's existing PLC.
