• Steel-It® epoxy finish on carbon steel surfaces.
• Seal carriage features cam rollers with machined wheels for reliable operation.
• Lift & Seal System™ seals box to the pour hood to prevent product contamination.
• 304-2b stainless steel pour hood, continuous TIG welds.
• 6" air actuated slide gate at hood discharge.

• Allen-Bradley electrical components.
• 3 HP Reliance TEFC washdown duty motor.
• Hoffman NEMA 4 control enclosure with momentary contact controls for safety.
• Allen-Bradley "Zero-Force" touch button.
• 1500 psi hydraulic pumping unit with a 3GPM gear pump provides smooth operation.
• Pumping unit is housed in an enclosure for easy cleaning.
