GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Accepts bulk bags, up to 4 drums on a pallet, or a gaylord box.
  • 60° discharge angle, 150° rotation.
  • 72” discharge height.
  • 8” x 18” pneumatically actuated roller gate valve on end of pour chute.
  • Capacitive proximity switch indicates when hood is empty of materials being discharged.
  • Pneumatic turbine vibrator promotes complete material discharge.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM & CONTROLS:

  • Stainless steel rigid hydraulic lines.
  • NEMA 12 Hoffman electrical enclosure.
