GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
90° dump angle, 180° rotation.
2,000# operational capacity.
Unit seals container of cheese powder to pour hood, inverts container and discharges at 60” above ground level.
Sanitary 316 stainless steel air actuated 12” butterfly valve on outlet of pour hood.
3” diameter pivot shaft mounted in nickel-plated flange bearings.
Sanitary tubular construction with no tube penetrations, and continuous welds.
Lift & Seal System™ seals box to the pour hood to prevent product contamination. Carriage features cam rollers on stainless steel flat bar track for smooth operation.
304L-2b stainless steel pour hood with continuous TIG welds, pour hood interior to have a ½” minimum radius on all corners.
Pour hood includes a pneumatic non-impacting linear vibrator.
FDA Dairy White epoxy finish.
