GENERAL SPECIFICATION:

• System unloads bins containing 2’, 4’, or 8’ long light tubes then meters the material into an existing process at up to 3,000#/hour.
• Dump carriage is 120” wide x 56” deep with a hydraulically actuated loading door.
• Dump carriage features a motorized tube breaker system with a 7½ HP drive package.
• Pour hood includes a dual cylinder air actuated slide gate, and vibrator package.
• Automatic dust take-off valve in floor of dump carriage.
• 1,500# lifting capacity, 45° discharge angle.
• All heavy-duty carbon steel construction.
• System docks to feeder hopper inlet slide gate, then dumper pour hood valve opens.
• Screw feeder inlet hopper features twin, counter rotating material agitators.
• 9” tubular screw feeds the 25 PCF broken glass at rates from 500# to 3,000# hour.
• Screw feeder discharge is 50” above floor.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 12 control enclosure with Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC controls. Screw feeder features digital variable frequency drive.
• Premium quality 5 GPM Parker hydraulic unit driven by a 5 HP, 460v/3ph/60Hz TEFC motor.
• Hydraulic unit housed in an enclosure for easy equipment cleaning.
